I got a timing belt change from the mechanic, everything worked fine until my check engine light came on and it was a code for my thermostat. So I got that fixed later that week, now my check engine light came on again and the code is p0011

EDIT: Didn't realize this was a fat bump from 2017
Your engine's timing may be off given that you just had your TB changed
p0011 can be caused by:
Mechanical Timing not correct, including Chain and/or Belt timing.
Faulty TIming chain adjuster

Note that he mentioned that this happened directly following a belt service. Hence my suggestion that the belt was off a tooth....five years ago.
I guess we'll never know if it got fixed unless OP lets us off the hook.

hhaha that’s too funny a deep space bump. I hope the OP got it fixed but I guess we will never know like you said. I’m always curious about threads that go unsolved or never updated. Did they sell the car fix the car etc. Its just something that’s always interested me.
