Coding key to open windows

I know this has been thoroughly discussed in the past, but, as you know, the search function is down. When I checked the Audi Electronic technical service bulletins this morning for info, the only code I could find is the one to lock the doors automatically when driving. I seem to recall one a couple months ago that gave the codes for a variety of situations, including the one I want - to be able to open the windows with the remote. Anyone know where I can find an Audi or other bulletin to address this. The service manager is willing, but doesn't have the code. TIA.

I want to say #1608 but I don't recall. I just had mine done last week.....
