Cold start problem

Cold start problem
This morning, I had trouble starting my car. When turning the key, it was having trouble turning over. It took about 5-10 seconds I guess for it to actually turn over. Once it started, it ran ok. It was about 18 degrees outside, probably the first time this season it was that cold. Whats the most likely cause of this?
I just got a new battery about 1 month ago, so I'm reasonably certain its not that. Is it probably the starter? I didn't get any CEL.

does the new battery have enough CCAs? I was worried about my Odyssey 680 going through it's first
winter, but it's been fine.
...just don't let it sit for more the 5 days, tho. I should probably get a trickle charger for it.

Not sure what its rated at; the dealer screwed me out of a couple hundred $$ for a new OEM though
So it better be ok... Its hard to find this size battery, especially when youre in a pinch. I had only sat for about 36 hours or so. I seem to remember my old one being better in similar temps, maybe its just the way the new one is...
