control rod problem?
Hi
somebody here mentioned a potential problem with the control rods on A4's.
what's the story on this?
my co-worker was rambling about how VW had a recall on a part with the same #, but not Audi.
The dealer explained it to him (owner of a Rx7, BMW -3, and 11 yr-old Legend) that Audi is reluctant to announce recalls because of image issues.
but the point is, is there an issue with this part? or not?

YEAH
Im a college student THINKING about getting the control arms (not rods) fixed and the damn audi dealer wont help me with the charges. So iim considering buying a bucket of auto grease and lubing the prob myself once a week or so.
