coolant issues?

coolant issues?
Hi, I have a 01 A4 1.8t and it looses coolant, sometimes I need to fill it from bottom of reservoir once a week and like today i haven't needed to fill it up in about 3 weeks. I pressure tested multiple times and it doesn't leak, it only leaks when it sits overnight, what could the problem be?

more towards the front, but i see dried up coolant on the middle to rear of the oil pan. I was thinking it was the water pump which was replaced lat year, but that failure happened instantly, but this problem has been going on since febuary and its not that bad, but sometimes it is that's why im lost. i checked all the hoses and there good to.

thanks for your help. I feel like its the water pump but does it make any sense that its been leaking for months and hasn't failed and it doesnt leak when driven?
