Disassembling headlights?
Anyone got any tips on taking Valeo (OEM or E-Code) headlights completely apart without breaking anything? Should I use a heatgun and just be careful not to melt the plastic?
Upon reassembly what glue (if any) should be used to remount the clear front to the housing?

I don't know about your lights, but my reflector e-codes (Bosch) come easily apart. There are a few metal clips that hold the lens (it's glass, not plastic!) to the housing. I just pry those off with a screwdriver. I've replaced the gasket behind each lens once so far.
