man think about it, you are putting a cut up beer can in the intake,

it has surface area, so whats it going to do, one thing reduce airflow. the rest should be self explanatory

Exactly,you'd see Tornados , those fuel line magnets , split fire plugs,

magic fuel pellets, and all those other things that are sold at JC Whitney that claim miracles as factory installed items. Unless its all a conspiracy and they secretly own the oil companies and these magic parts companies too. They're trying to squeeze every penny from us despite the Government fuel ratings...Yes,thats it ,a conspiracy...(slowly,slinks away with a limp,dragging one leg, almost dropping beer bottle from gimpy arm)...now I'll return to the dungeon and invent another fuel saving device for you EEEEEDIOTS...HAhaha....(slow fade out to black)

Surface area reduced is correct....maybe it should say reduced airflow 31%

One of my stock car racing friends took the throttle shaft out of his carb and turned down the diameter of the shaft to pick up that small amount of surface area because of a bore diameter restriction and tech guys never caught on. Here some idiot is trying to say stick this thing in and a swirlly effect will do miracles.What was it P.T. Barnum once said "A fool born every minute".
