it's in the trunk, in a pocket behind the rear pass wheel well. Just remove the trim panel. there are 2 tubes and 3 harnesses attached. Note, removing the harnesses will prevent you from operating your car.

Take a look at yours. It's not hard to access. Is the foam around it wet or is there any moisture.? Did it rain a lot while your car was parked?
Mine was a nightmare. I had to open the door (triggering the alarm) put the key in the ignition, pop the hood, disconnect the battery, re-connect the battery just to start and drive it. As soon as i removed the key, the locks would lock and the alarm would go off. I eventually removed the center (i think) harness from the CLP but that disabled my interior lights and windows. I drove it this way for a few days until I sourced a new CLP that solved all the problems.
There are a bunch of wires going to that pump and it controls more than just the locks and alarm.
In your case, if things are not all that screwy, it may be a door sensor or something else. But if your locks are acting weird as you drive etc. It may be your CLP and it is NOT cheap.
