Door Sensor Problem...HELP!
I have a 2000 A4 Avant. The display keeps showing that my driver's side door is open after i closed it & ther lights stay on also. This only happens when the weather is HOT. After I drive the car for a while, then i open the door & close it, then the display is gone (lights off, too). My driver's side inside door handle is also loose but still works. I wonder if they are related. I did a search in the forums, a member (jcmII) had the same problem (i think), but no respond. Do i have to take it to the dealer (my warranty has expired so i prefer not)? I'd appreciate your responds.
