e-code hid question. should be an easy response

will the ecode hid headlights pass inspection in delaware? my current ones fail due to lack of an amber reflector. I cant tell if the hids have one or not.

any kind of E-code has no amber reflector AFAIK

buy a set of regular us spec headlights, changing them out only during inspection maybe?

go buy some dinky reflectors from autozone

and use double back tape and put them on your bumper... like the VW Golfs are
