ECU problem
I took out my ECU when my car was being painted. And when I put it back in the car will not start. It was out for about a month, and I followe the instruction for re0installing the ECU under the Tech report. Does anyone have any idea why my car will not start? It turns on, and all the gauges come on, but there is no spark. Will a Vag tool find the problem? Could the ECU be fried? Any ideas?

That's very odd. You could certainly try looking for codes with a VAG. Have you tried a jump or
another battery just in case? I don't want to push, but it's just that those are the EXACT symptoms of a low battery.
Yeah, I'd say if you've verified it's not the battery, try a VAG next and look for codes.
