Default ECU Question

I'm planning to buy an extra ecu for chipping from a junk yard, my question is when I open the ecu cover, I notice my ecu number is 8D0907558 and the one I'm going to buy is 8D0907557. Is that the same ecu? The only reason why I want to do this is I don't want to void the factory warranty, so whenever I bring the car back to the dealership, I can put the non-chip ecu back in. Thanks for your help in advance.

Default Just a guess...But with the difference in just the last digit..Could be different Transmissions..

But that is just a guess..Any body that can confirm this?

Default I have a chipped ECU for sale........

Its for a 97-99.5 tip A4 only, but it will work with either Q or FWD. It has a new WETT chip in it and I am ready to get this thing out of my garage since it wont code to manual for my wife's car. $600.
