EGR valve stalling problem.
recently I got a EGR insufficient flow check engine code and bought a new EGR valve. I installed the new EGR valve and went to run it. It ran good for a few minutes then started to dip when idling and eventually stalled. My check engine light is still on from before.
If I reset the computer to clear the codes will this fix my problem since the car may still think the bad part is still installed? What can I do?
Thanks

Should have checked here first.
How are going to reset the computer, please don't say disconnect the battery. That won't do anything but remove all the learned info.Codes are not cleared by removing battery power, that's a requirement of OBD II.
Did you replace the gasket on the EGR and torque it correctly. A leak there will cause the car to stall.
Other than your ICV is dirty or disconnecting the battery lost all the throttle body/ ICV setup data.
