electrical problem

hey guys,
'99 a4 1.8tqm with GIAC chip.
On my way back home from a trip, I noticed that under a full load especially when going uphill, my emergency brake and seat belt lights are starting to flash, does any body know what would cause that????

you sure it wasn't your CEL?

if not, then you might have a bad cluster.. maybe ignition switch..

positive, cel is on another side of the cluster, but it happens a lot latelly

under a full load, coulde it be because of the altenator??? I got HID kit on a car, maybe it is related
