Emmissions testing ??? in CT
If I recal correctly I don't think they even took the car above 3000 RPm, the load musta been minimal cause I saw no coolant tank for the brake...but it could have been somewhere else...or rated for low duty cycle w/o coolant.
You really don't have a choice, you HAVE to do it...if you've got a Quattro then you really have it easy...no dyno, just the tail sniffer test.

I'm truly amazed that they went to such great lenghts to ensure all cars are tested appropriately...I figured Quattro would be a great way to allow modified cars more easily pass smog..guess not.
