Engine light on....

Engine light on....

I pulled into the driveway and the car died (stalled) when I parked it. I restarted and everything was fine except the engine light stayed on (not flashing). So I backed it up and pulled into the garage and looked under the hood and everything looks fine there also. The only thing I could think of was the coolant was on the min line, its not below the line its right on it. Its been on the line since we bought it. I bought the car about a month ago and its been great. Its a 96 2.8 AWD with 58000 miles on it and its flashing the IN 2.

One more thing is when I start the car in the mornings there is a wining noise. Its goes away when the cars warms up. I don't know if that's helps or not. I do live in MI and is been very cold lately.

What do I need to look for? Do I need to find some one in MI with one of the Vag-Com things?

Any help would be great!
