Shouldn't be too bad, it is similar in length to the 4cyl, and in width to the 6 cyl..

I seem to remember Oettinger did such a swap, though I also remember reading that they had to do smae minor (?) work to the front of the car to pull it off.

They had to extend the length of the nose 2"

so yeah they had some MAJOR re-working there.

they specifically mention that they had to do only slight reworking of the engine bay...
