Engine sound while braking (?!)
Hi,
I have 97 A41.8TQ. When I brake from say, 40-50mph to a complete stop, I hear a humming sound from the engine (or somewhere under the hood). It happens when I am completely in neutral and it sounds as if the motor hasn't come to rest yet and coming to a stop making a noise. Is it the turbo by any chance?
Has anybody experienced this?
