Error Code for Fuel System problem

I have a problem with the Fuel delivery system, my Motor gone in cut off mode when I accelerate too fast, it seem that the car missed some Gaz.

My car is a 1999.5 A4 1.8T QM with GIAC Chip, AWE Exhaust, Test Pipe and Hyperboost Adj.DV. I installed a O2 Sensor Simulator(MIL Eliminators), is it possible that this simulator cause me more problems ?

Here is the code I've got:

17544 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Lean
P1136 - 35-00 - -

16524 - OXYGEN(LAMBDA) SENSOR B1 S2:NO ACTIVITY
P0140 - 35-00 - -

hey where's your desktop background from?

also, you have mods that mess with the cat system and you have an o2 sensor dtc? coincidence? i think not.

Well, the system is telling you that it hasn't heard from that O2 sensor in a while. Without a signal from the sensor, the computer can't set the fuel trim properly since it needs to know the current lean/rich situation down south at the O2 sensor. Check to make sure the sensor is still connected. If it is, it's bad and should be replaced. After you replace it, clear the fuel trim code and drive the car for a while, then check the codes again. The fuel trim code will probably not reappear.
