Default Error codes error codes...

Control Module Part Number: 4B0 906 018 CH
Component and/or Version: 1.8L R4/5VT G 0002
Software Coding: 16201
Work Shop Code: WSC 06435
2 Faults Found:
17545 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Rich
P1137 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17536 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Mult): System too Lean
P1128 - 35-00 - -
Does this mean anything to antbody?
I also logged my drive from home to work, but then again I don't know the good value ranges.

Any info is appreciated.
And yes I'll look the codes up from the manual, if I can find the right manual to look it up from.

Default vacuum leak: extra fuel on idle (additive), not enough fuel on part-throttle (multiplicative)?

Did you get a CEL? How do you know these codes are not old?

Default Re: vacuum leak: extra fuel on idle (additive), not enough fuel on part-throttle (multiplicative)?

I don't know if they're old or not. (No CEL) I think at least one of them is new. I'll get it inspected and emissions tested and then clear the codes. (Do you think it'll pass, with codes but no CEL?) Then will see what happens. I even think of putting the stock ECU in to see, if it'll throw codes as well.
I just don't feel like going through a propane/oscilloscope test right now.

Clear codes, drive around, check next day to see if they're back.

Default Cleared them. It's been 2 days and they're not back yet.

Does anyone know, what intermittent means in relation to fault codes?

Default Intermittent means the problem happened and then went away, but the ECU still logged it.

This is also known as a "soft" code. There is also such a thing as a "hard" code when a problem happens AND STAYS THERE. In such a case DTC doesn't have the word "intermittent" in it.

Unfortunately, DTCs don't have time stamps. Because of this you never know if you pulled a fresh DTC or a three month old one. Thus if in doubt (meaning you don't see an obvious problem) it's OK to clear an INTERMITTENT DTC and check back in a short while to se if it reappears.

In your case since the DTC didn't reappear it's OK for now. I'd check it again in 2 weeks or so.
