98's have the integrated fogs....
I think they changed to the lower grill fogs in 99.5. But to answer your question try:

I have not orderd yet but I'm partial to the GG kit for the OEM look...
and, yes I will install them myself. From what I have found out (through searching the archives) there are a few "look out fors".
1) you may need to relocate one of the two horns to mount the passenger side fog. A bracket can be fabricated for this purpose.
2) you will need to cut the outer portions of the stock grills to fit the fogs.
If anyone can add please do.

Depends, if you are replacing i.e. only running one set of bulbs then...
cut and splice the new fogs in and use the existing wiring it should be the same current draw on the system. However, if you want to run both integrals and lower grill fogs at the same time, you risk damaging the stock wiring.
In this situation you could
a) run a completely separate circuit for the grill fogs (wiring, switch etc.)
b) install a relay controlled by the stock fogs to power the grill fogs
Since I replaced my headlights with euro S4 xenons, I no longer have fogs. So my install will utilize the existing wiring.
