Folding key remote features?

Does anyone know if the folding key remotes on current A4's can be programmed by the dealer to control the windows or anything else?

Yes. <p>Just had them done this past weekend. However, one thing to be aware of when you do this... although there is a TSB issued for this, it only lists 4 options for the reprogramming (2 for newer A4's with Concert stereos and 2 for older A4's with Delta stereos). The service guy (who was pretty good, by the way) pointed out that Audi will only pay for the reprogramming for the ones listed in the TSB... he'd do any other code for free also, but if that code bunged up the computer, I'd have to pay to get it reset (Hmmm...)<p>Anyhow, you'd be wise to go to the FAQ section and print out the table there so that you may show your service guy.<p>- A.
