Got a bubble in my tire. It's worn pretty well so I can't just use my spare, so what should I do?

Got a bubble in my tire. It's worn pretty well so I can't just use my spare, so what should I do?
I got pretty good tread left, but not enough so that it's ok to use the spare. Is it bad to drive around with the bubble? Will it pop?

Thanks, Paul! One more question though...
So even though my spare is brand new and the rest are worn down pretty well, it's ok to use it for say, 2 thousand miles? I thought Quattros had to have at least somewhat even tire wear all the way around...

it's never a good idea to put more work on the diffs. But... the diffs are under constant daily use
so it's hard to say what extra wear it might be. If they are P6000's like you said, you want to replace them anyway. They suck/
