Has anyone done the control arm upgrade to S4 stuff?

My control arms have 150k miles on them. They are getting weak. Does anyone have any comments on upgrading to S4 arms and HD tierod ends. Do you get noticable improvements? Thanks

I thought the CA's were the same, just the tie rods were also offered in an HD version.

Could be wrong though. I know PureMS has them.
