Head light issues

Hey guys, ineed some help, my head lights dont work, when i turn them on hte parking lights work but the head lights dont, after i flick the lights on maybe a 100times they turn on, but when i signal right the turn on and on (intermitant) i am not sure if this problem started when my brother sraped the right side of the car, and the side markers ripped off or not, but anyone know of any possibilities without turning to teh dealer or shop for a huge trouble shooting bill!

If only some super studly dude had written a post on how to fix this...

and it was in the FAQ and the tech section.

That would be neat, wouldn't it?.
