I would say yes because...
I've seen here on the board that you can fit Eurospec Housings on late model A4 and they are straight plug and play over OEM.
However, for early model A4, the same Euro housings would fit with minor modifications to the bumper.
So, from that, I conclude that the S4 housing, being similar to the A4, would fit.
Then, again, being a newbie, I might be wrong.
