headlight wiring question
i installed ecodes, someone else did the wiring, and the hi/lo beam wires got mixed. so when i turned on the headlights only the high beams were on, and when i flick on the high beams the low beams light up.
i just switched the wires where they plug into the light blub(inside the housing). is there any reason i should not have done this? should i change the wires on the back of the housing instead? they were a PIA to plug in, so if i can just leave it that way it is that would be great.
my question i guess is: do the bulbs have the same brightness(hi and lo)? is it just the position in the lense or in front of mirrors that makes one brighter?
