Default HELP!! 2001 A4 1.8 VAC leak "See Pic"
I have been getting a P0171 on my Sister In Laws car and found this at the rear of the engine near the fire wall "in the cluster of vacuums and valves" can seem to see where it goes couse it's short, and looks like a grey plastic fitting has broke off in it. Please help / send a pic that migt show me what it should look like! Thank You!

That goes attached to the check valve to the right of it. Blue round thing. Get a new one from the dealer and get some hose clamps to fix it.
