HELP!!!!

Guys, I need help with my a4 2.8 quattro (99.5). The car won't start after fueling. I was wondering if any of you guys have had a similar experience. These are the OBD faults: P1136 and P0455.

Gas cap on tight? Fuel it with the car running?

evap purge valve stuck open

and making a extremelly rich mixture

Where is the evap purge valve located?
I bought a new Gas cap, but the problem persists.

on top of the air filter housing

two hoses attached to it
