Help
Hi Guys,
I am getting my car today from Bernardi, MA. 1.8TQMS silver/black finally!!! Will pick up in a few hours. My salesperson told me that they have a loaner program in place but the manager told me otherwise. Does Audi have something like that or is it dependent on the dealer? Thanks for any input...

I was told that....
...getting a loaner car is part of the "Audi Advantage" and that if you called 2 or 3 days in advance before you dropped off the car for service they had to give you a loaner. I'm not sure if this is in fact part of Audi's warrenty program but that IS what the dealer told me. I'd recommend reading the fine print of your brochure or maybe even the AoA website.
Good Luck with your pick-up

I think it's a dealer perk, not part of the AA
When I go in for service, I am offered a loaner if one is available. Dealers don't always have a lot of loaner cars.
Also, I absolutely cannot get a loaner with 2 or 3 days notice. At my dealer I have to schedule an appointment about three weeks in advance if I even want a chance at a loaner.
Remember, the salesman is trying to get you to buy the car and get out the door. He has nothing to do with service once you are gone. Ask the service manager what they offer.

It's a dealer perk
Neither the warranty nor the Audi Advantage provide for a loaner for regular service or repairs. The AA does provide a loaner or rental car (can't remember which) IF your requires service which will take more than 1 day. In most cases dealers that do provide loaner cars do so only for customers who also purchased their car there. As Drew notes, check with the service manager to find out what Bernardi offers, and whether you need to mention that you want a loaner when making the appointment.
