Help with DTC

I got a cel the other day Dtc 16795 Secondary Air Injection low flow detected. I'm still under warranty so I'm trying to take it to the dealer
but I can't get the code/cel to come up on the stock ECU. I know they won't fix anything if they don't see the code. I can clear it and It comes up minutes later on the chipped ecu wtf??

Make sure the engine is cold. Secondary air will run then. If you want to save some time check the vacuumn line right at the changeover valve. They tend to break there.

Yea I did a bunch of runs

Its about 35 degrees here. Still no CEL
Wich one is the changeover valve?

Look on the back side of the head. You'll see a metal valve twords the top and it will have a vacuumn line coming off it. It will also have a plastic tube coming off it as well. Check the vacuumn line right at the valve. You may have to physically feel it it will be brittle.
