HELP! HELP! HELP!
Im changing the stock shocks and springs out for newspeed race springs and blisten sport shocks and im in the middle i cant get the 2 upper control arms out...HOW DO YOU GET THEM OUT?...my car is sitting out of action till i can do this....HELP ME PLEASE

dont...
take the whole strut tower out...
open the hood
you can see various bolt covers...
you can remove the nuts on the strut towers, and pull the whole thing down and out without disassembling the control arms

Well if he wanted to take the control arms off. Which I do it that way...
take off the bolts from the control arms. You see it. Then pull the control arms up. If they are hard to pull up on. Take something and gently tap up on the arm to release them.
