HELP...just installed e-codes...
can't align the passenger side properly. Just when I think that I've got it right, the brights are screwed up...any suggestions? Pictures of the cutoff pattern on a wall or garage door would be helpful. Thanks

If the brights dont end up being 2 large "dots" the bulb might not be seated correctly.
Heres the quick way to set the low beams.
have a flat area, and a cement wall (like wall of building of shopping plaza. Mark back 25 feet from the wall.
Pull car up to wall so bumper touches wall. Take the spot where your headlights "eye" is and make a spot on the wall at where it would be if you drove car into the wall.
Back up to the 25 foot spot.
Now, adjust so that upsweep spot is on that dot for both lights. Then turn DOWN the DOWN adjuster so that the flat area before the upsweep is about 1.5" below the dot on the wall.
Done.
Now, it is possible to work the worm gear off of the adjuster. You might have to take the lights back out to pull the unit back while you turn the adjuster to re-engage the light housing.
