help needed!!
i ordered the car with xenon and it turns out that they do not have the xenon.. well we got into some deal and the dealer suggest that they will deduct the installation fee atleast and i will have to buy the xenon.. The question is how much are the installation for xenon kits? Thank you.

If you paid for the xenon then they should install for free! Done deduct just the install
fee if youve already paid for the xenons- they should deduct the entire markup for the xenons- IMO I would walk away from the deal unless you really want/need this car- Tell them to order another the way you want or go to another dealer.

Okay... so you ordered the xenon lights, a $550 option I believe (on my 2001.5) so I'd ask for that.
Did you do an actual factory order or did you have your dealer search inventories to find the car you wanted? If it was a factory order then they had multiple chances to fix the screw up. If that's the case then you should really ride them. If it's the latter then it's understandable... that combo simply wasn't available, then just make sure they subtract the item price from their offer.

I custom ordered mine as well...
Here's how the process works... the dealer sends in an order complete with option codes. A few days later the factory will put together the build plan, also with the option codes. When they get around to making your car (takes less than a shift to actually build one) they assemble the car according to the build plan. Then it goes to checkout, down to the docks, waits for customs and a berth, then sails to the U.S, then trucked to the dealer and ultimately turned over to you. At each stage or status point the total equipment loadout of the car is available to the dealer. Either they neglected to order the car with xenons or the factory forget to install them. I'd believe the former before the latter. If that's the case then have them get the parts for the xenons and install them at the dealership before you take delivery.
Presumably you've got a copy of the order sheet that you signed. It's not much of a contract per se but you can hold them to it. Either they install the parts at their expense or they give you a deep discount.
