Car started giving these codes after replacing oxygen sensors its something wtith the valves on top of intake manifold? I tested with power with test light and they both click I checked egr and it holds vacuum ok . I'm calling it a day I'm gonna check for vacuum leaks in the morning any suggestions are greatly appreciated I'm a diesel mechanic for caterpillar and I'm trying to get this car for my nephew its a 96 a4 2.8 owner rebuilt transmission and guys at the shop that did it cut a bunch of wires to probably save time but at the end did a half assed job routing all the wiring

One is EGR related. The EGR solenoid is activated by a combination of vacuum from the intake and a solenoid. The solenoid is controlled by the ECU. There are two modes , test the EGR system and normal running.
The other is tank vent valve circuit whatever that is, no idea what that is never seen it before.
There's a place online that lists the code, the meaning, and possible solutions. I thought it was a ross-tech website but i'm having trouble digging it up. Maybe someone can provide a link
