Help - Something missing here...?

Took a look under my car today near the LF wheel to try and see if I could visually isolate a sound I've been getting from the front of the car when I go over small bumps in the road up to 45mph. The sound is more 'plastic' sounding than metallic but basically something sounds loose under this part of the car. One person mentioned sway bar links and tie rod ends as a possible culprit for this annoying sound. It looks to me like there should be something above the subframe stabilizer since there's even a hole there. Does this look correct to any of you or is this why I'm getting these plastic vibration sounds? Thx in advance.
FYI - I've recently had the entire LF control arm replaced.
