from what i hear, he isnt that good of a person to buy from. On the bmw forums no one likes him and I have heard some things about him on this forum as well. Your best bet will be to go to a better place, you might pay a few more extra dollars but atleast you know that it is a company. Also I hear that he doesnt email you back or respond to emails.

He always replies my email, answer me with stupid questions on hid purchasing.

No complaints here.
Customer service isn't the greatest, but the kit rocks. The owner (Alan) travels a lot and doesn't respond quickly to e-mails, but always will get back to you eventually.

I'd go SPP. They'll handle problems if something goes wrong.
I don't know if that Misterjung guy just sells the stuff from his house or something. I'd always go w/ the real brick & mortar business.

I just ordered SPP kit via group buy (see post two above this one)
SPP has been very good around here - very responsive and always available by phone
mrjung kits get good reviews but apparently the guy who runs it (yes it's a one man operation) travels overseas most of the time so emails go unanswered and he has no phone iirc.
