How do they do that?

I just had two not-so-small dents removed by Picture Perfect Auto Salon in Columbia Maryland, who called Dent Wiz to do the work. One was a linear dent right behind the front wheel well just above the rub strip. The metal shapes here are complex. The other was on the front door across the body fold just below the glass. There is absolutely no trace of the dents, and there is no trace that the technician got any tools in behind the panels. Man it's great to have a perfect car again! But does anybody know how this is done?

$120 for each, $240 total. Defintely worth it to me. Saves painting ($600 estimated) and avoids all those color match and fading issues.
