"Built for improved reliability" That to me would maybe mean a different compressor wheel?

Maybe they don't really put out more power .... but the one i saw WAS different. It was a stock, original 2001 car, and comparing it to my 1999 there was no doubt it was quite different. Same size and all, but different "fins" on the compressor.
