You need a whole lot of help...
more than just a clutch... like a lesson in how to use a forum.
Because I'm in a similar situation, I'll offer some help...
Expect around $1300 from a dealer for a 1.8tq (I have no idea what you have, as you have provided little information).
You can get good clutches from AWE-tuning, south bend, centerforce. Use google to find their websites.
Clutch kits range from ~$500 for disc and pressure plate; expect another $500 if you want a lightened flywheel.
Labor's probably going to run $600-1000 depending on where you take it and how much work you have done (flywheel or not).
If you can't figure out where your caps lock key is, don't expect anything from me or anyone else, ever again.
