Indicator issues
I just had my car repaired due to hitting a pothole or 3 (3 new rims, new tie rod etc...). Anyway, a few days after getting the car back from the shop, my indicators have stopped working correctly. When I turn them on, they start and then stop or start, get faster or slower for a second or two and then stop. Any ideas? I have a 2001.5 A4 1.8TQS with a GIAC chip (from AWE).

UPDATE!
OK, the flashers work just fine.
However, the indicators are barely working at all. When I turn them on, no lights at all, or just a quick flash of orange. Also, the tick tick sound that you normally hear when you turn them on is not there. If I push the indicator arm almost all the way in it makes a crackling sound (similar to a short circuit) and still no orange lights.
I ill probably end up taking it to the dealer, but I am sure that they will blame the GIAC chip and charge me millions/billions...
