Instrument panel/cluster issues
Dear Members,
I own a 1998 A4 quattro.
I have the following issue:
-my instrument panel is dark (no lights no gauges working) with the exception of constant brake and seat belt lights on.
When I use lights (parking, low/high beam and blinkers) the corresponding lights work.
I checked the fuses.
Has anybody had this problem?
do you know how to fix it?
Can you post instructions on how to do it as well as parts needed?

thank you for your help.
Before I send it I want to make sure it is the problem.
I noticed that one of the three fuses doesn't get power, which makes me think that the problem is before the cluster itself.
