Had to cut out quite a bit of the plastic support under the headlight to make it work. Also had to move the horns to the side more. The good news is it's all hooked up. There is no going back now, I had to cut the supercharger output tube to make it work. The bad news is I ran out of silicone connectors. I tried to find more in hardware stores, automotive stores, even a boat supply shop, nothing. So I'm temporarily using a piece of silicone tubing from a hardware store. It's clear silicone with mesh support. All I can do is hope it doesn't melt of break before I get a change to replace it with the real thing. Anyone knows where I can get some more of these silicone couplers in DC area? I didn't figure they would be so hard to find.
Tomorrow I'm taking it all apart again and spraying all the pipes and the intercooler with some high temp black paint. Also I still have to trim the bumper some, right now the passenger side of the bumper sticks out about 1/2 inch. There is virtually no room left. The foglight goes on one side, the headlight sprayer goes on the other side, there is barely enough space for the pipes to squeeze by.
Since the bumper is still not on completely I didn't get a chance for a test drive yet, all I know is that the car idles ok and while the top pipe gets hot the bottom one stays cold
