Interesting EZ Pass experience tonight

I was driving to mom's house on Staten Island, so I crossed the Verrazano Bridge. As I headed towards the toll plaza, I was behind another car.

As that car was going through the toll plaza, I had come to a stop.
Then I proceeded to roll through the toll plaza, as I always do -- at about 5mph.

However, this time, the toll gate did not go up, and I drove right through the damn thing. The gate is foam padded, so it didn't damage the car, and it has a breakaway hinge.

But it freaked me out. I did not stick around for a cop. I just drove home. I am wondering if I should call EZ Pass tomorrow.

Any thoughts?

i'd call up, they have you on camera so you should def call and explain

and have them deduct the toll from your account if it didn't process when you went through

Alex, stop bugggin' people... nothing will happen as long as you paid....

Do you know how many people of opposite sex do that daily... and i am not starting a riot here..
i'm just saying how it is...

(p.s. this does not apply to all women, as we all can see guy do that too.....)
