ipod question....
i have the new 3rd gen 20 gig ipod using xp. when i load songs to the ipod its says memory full but it still has 18 gigs left, sometimes when i upload the screen turns blue for 1 sec. with this error message and then my computer restarts..wtf?!?!?! does anyone have the same problem???please help

sorry, can't say that i've had that problem
you should cross-post this thread with the Off-Topic forum. lots of ipod owners there and the braintrust can most likely help you out. otherwise, they'll just tell you to google it. ;-)
