Default K04 problems. Logs & Graphs inside!

If you saw my thread yesterday, I'm experiencing an odd loss of power around 5500rpm under WOT. Only started happening after I installed my K04 + Labree pipe. Was fine before. Same software, intake, everything else. When this happens, all the boost vanishes, all power goes away until I shift to the next gear. Then its back with a vengence. If I go partial throttle, I can hit the rev limiter no problem. Other than this, the car is running very strong and smooth, aside from some misfires on Cyl 4... going to switch coilpacks around tonight and do some more logging. No timing retard anywhere, and boost holds solid at 17psi, spiking to 19 when I shift. Here are some logs and graphs:

RPM MAF Throttle
3760 95.69 84.6
3760 134.09 85.9
3880 133.75 86.4
4000 139.51 86.4
4120 141.73 86.4
4240 143.06 86.4
4360 147.15 86.4
4480 150 86.4
4520 153.82 86.4
4680 155.56 85.9
4760 158.82 86.4
4880 158.61 85.9
4920 161.04 86.4
5080 164.37 86.4
5200 167.08 86.4
5240 172.15 86.4
5360 172.29 85.9
5320 165.9 86.4
5400 72.29 85.9
5400 70.14 86.4
5440 68.47 85.9
5440 67.29 85.9
5400 69.09 16.9
5040 22.78 12.6

As you can see there, the MAF reading takes a nosedive around 5400, while the throttle is still wide open. In order to recover I have to lift throttle then reapply to get any boost/power back. Timing is consistent and strong. More:

RPM Load Misfire count
3640 10.4 2
3880 11.1 2
4120 10.7 2
4400 10.5 2
4560 10.45 2
4800 10.3 2
4960 10.25 2
5200 10.15 2
5360 9.85 2
5360 4.3 2
5400 1.15 2

Again, the load drops as teh MAF ****s the bed, while I've got 2 misfires pretty consistently.

Current setup:

APR nDBW 91 octane K03 software
K04-15
Labree test pipe
Borla exhaust
Stock airbox w/ K&N
Bailey DV
NGK BKR6E plugs

Anyone have any insight on this? It almost feels like a limp mode or throttle cut, but I'm nDBW. I've been following a thread over on AZ about a guy who is experiencing the same thing, however he has ruled his out simply to be limp mode. I'm still stumped. Any help would be much appreciated!

Default Have you logged the 02 readings to see if your out of fuel at that point?

At part throttle the car is going to run way leaner with a lower injector pulse reading. You should be able to log injector pulse on block 002 and 02 readings on block 031. The K03 chip is also going to start closing the wastgate much sooner then a K04 chip.

Default so you just loose power at 5300-5400? in the chart you stay at WOT past that RPM?

then my guess is a bad MAF.

also, whats this:
5200 167.08 86.4
5240 172.15 86.4
5360 172.29 85.9 <--looks like you let off very slightly? not that that would cause anything.
5320 165.9 86.4
5400 72.29 85.9 <----and you are still at WOT at this point?

im not sure why MAF readings would drop BELOW the highest they can go, i would think they would just plateau at the highest reading (172.29 or so)

or maybe since you are using a K04 with a K03 ship its overboosting and causing limp mode?
I know nDBW dosent have a MAP sensor but maybe the K03 chip dosent like MAF readings above 170-somthing g/s? because its figureing the K03 wont ever go higher than that?
Ive gotten limp mode from a boost leak before, and im nDBW, so it may be possible?

this is all speculation, but may be things that you can look at.

Didn't look at the logs, but do you think its a software issue since you're running K03 stuff still?

Default I didn't let off, that .5 of a degree was just me not pushing my foot THROUGH the floor... haha

And today all of a sudden boost is rock solid at 15psi. I changed nothing from last night. Anyone wanna guess why I just lost 3psi and now have solid, no spiking boost? Problem is still there though
