keyless entry

hello all

is there a way to improve keyless entry range?
i replaced the battery but yet the range is about 3 feet. should i replace the key flob instead?

move the antenna on the reciever in the car.

locate it then move it so its line of sight.

i have that same problem. i hate the range on these things

Can you give me a pointer on what it looks like?

I'll be working on my car this weekend and would like to find that stupid antenna and try to move it around to get better range. But I have no idea what I'm looking for.

I was waiting for FatAuto to post what he found on his. He's got a 99.5 also - and it turned out to be different than yours. But he couldn't find it either....

BTW, is this something I could find out myself it I had the Bentley CD? I like asking questions around here, but sometimes I feel like I'm using other people's money too much.... :P
