Keyless Entry
I bough my 1997 A4 1.8t and it came included with some other remote. I personally hate it, its the ugliest thing ever. I am wondering did the previous owner lose the original remote and get a replacement. Or how could I change it back to ther OEM one? Help please.

Go to fleabay (eBay) and get yourself a blank switchblade key (more)...
Make sure the FCC ID is MZ2 410 819. Your car has an OE locking system you can use without a problem. You may have to remove or disable the "extra" system if you have one installed though. You can program in the new remote with ease once the key has been cut.
