Keyless entry (need info)

I need to replace a key and factory (4 button)remote for a '02 A4 quattro. The dealer is charging $150.00 + 1 hour programming time. I saw a couple of remotes on ebay that looks exactly like my own. Need to know what to look for to make sure the remote is compatible and also can I reprogram the remote myself without going to the dealer.

Try a VW dealer for better pricing.

i did my 98.5 myself, bought the key at the dealer though paid like 132 or something
