do you think it will be crapy fiberglass? what is the reiger rs4 kit made out of?

It is fiberglass. How crappy, I've no idea. The Rieger is ABS

Default when it costs more to paint, you know its a cheap kit.
I'd save up and buy an S4 bumper, maybe one used even. Or go for the Oettinger Lip + S4 sides and S4 rear.
